TODAY, we went blading and decided to take a detour!
So, we bladed and ended up outside Wolskel Road. The slope looked so tempting and since we had the time, we decided to go down! We had no idea where we were cause we’ve never heard/been there before, but we didn't care. Hahaha! At first, the houses were a little like ours, one storey terraces and maybe just a little bigger. Then we turned a corner and went, WOW. The houses there were like, resorts. They were 4-8 times bigger than our houses. Yes, W-O-W. There was one that took up 4 freaking compounds. Imagine that. And it wasn’t like 4 individual houses, it was like, one whole big house. It was only 2 storeys, and it was kinda stretched across the 4-houses-compound. Next house that caught our attention was one with some mini dance studio with a giant clock projected on the ceiling, it actually told the time. Coooool. But that wasn’t the best house we saw. Down the road, we saw one that had a GRAND STAIRCASE. You know like princess diaries? Yeah. WTH. We stood in front of the house and just stoned. Jea: You wanna ring the door bell and say we’re lost? Maybe we can spend the night there! Kimmie: Hahaha not really, i don’t wanna stay in that house, its creepy. Jea: Good point. Hahaha! There were so many T junctions so we didn't really know where to go, so at some point, we played SCISSORS PAPER STONE! Haha and I (KIM) won! So we went left. Then came another T junction -.-
We really had no clue where to go, but we heard CARS! Wooo, cars=main road! We were quite happy when we saw cars and buses, so we bladed further up and we saw the street sign that said, BRADDELL ROAD. We went, OMG OMG OMG BRADDELL! HOW TO GO HOME?!! O.o Anyway, we followed bus 153’s route and ended up where we were, OUTSIDE WOLSKEL ROAD -.- we started laughing cause we just made a really really big round. We spent about 40 mins in that estate. Tell us we’re cool. From then on, we knew how to get home from where we were, just that we never bladed there, but only in car rides. We never knew that slope was so steep down! So we just went for it and was screaming ‘EXCUSE ME EXCUSE ME!’ Every few seconds. Haha! Everyone was staring at us. Finally reached home ground and was super happy, after 2.5 hours of blading. That’s not our longest though. Longest was 3 hours. Haha! That was pretty much the end of our first chapter. And this is the furthest we have ever gone. Can't wait for more!
